For Digital Downloads:
Your downloads will become available immediately after purchase in the same window as the checkout page. An email with a link to download will also be sent to the email you used to check out.
For Physical Shipments:
Once your item has shipped, an email with tracking will be sent to the email you used to check out from the shop owner. Please note that all shipping times are set by individual shop owners. If you have any questions related to the expected shipment or arrival time of a specific order please contact the shop owner directly.
Track Your Order with the Shop App:
If you would like to receive automatic updates about your shipment to your phone, you can track your order with the Shop App. Once you have successfully placed an order, the MakerMade
Marketplace will take you to a screen with a checkmark and a "Thank You" message.
Below your order confirmation there is an icon titled,
“Download Shop to track package.” Click on that icon. That will open an
option to scan a barcode with your phone or to send a link to your phone.
Both options will direct you to download and track your package through
the Shop app. Download the Shop app and follow the instructions in the
Shop app to both track your order and receive real time delivery updates
once your order is shipped.
