If you are looking at a a product page, the seller’s name (and a hyperlink to their shop) should be listed directly under the product name. Simply click the shop name to be taken to their shop page.

Once you have reached the seller's shop page, on the right side of the
page under the "Shop Owner" label click on the blue button labeled "Contact". This will allow you to send a message directly to the shop owner.
